This vote is approve the Board of Directors to move the 2022-2023 Annual Members meeting from the closest Friday to September 15th (per the bylaws 4.02) to Friday, October 27th, 2023 in order that it may be held in the new clubhouse. This is a one-time variance to the bylaws.
