Saturday, Oct. 26, 8:00 a.m.-3 p.m. Help with move out (loading trucks with donated items)

Location:  The Palmer Events Center, 900 Barton Springs Road Set-Up and Moving Days:
Saturday, Oct. 26, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Unpack merchandise and help with set-up.
Sunday, Oct. 27, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.  Unpack merchandise and help with set-up.
Monday, Oct. 28, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Unpack, set up. Lunch provided.
Tuesday, Oct. 29, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.  Unpack, set up. Lunch provided.
Wednesday, Oct. 30, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.  Set up.
Thursday, Oct. 31, 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Help where needed.

Sale Days:  The Palmer Events Center, 900 Barton Springs Road
Friday, Nov 1, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Help where needed at The Sale
Saturday, Nov. 2,  9 a.m.-5 p.m.  Help where needed at The Sale

Sunday, Nov. 3,  2 p.m.-6 p.m.   Dock Workers-meet at the dock to load supplies and and display racks onto trucks.
