TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read this before you request a commission!
RULES:
- All prices are in USD. I accept payment via Paypal / Kofi / Venmo
- I require a 50% deposit to secure a slot, full payment is required after the initial sketch is approved (unless agreed otherwise).
- DO NOT use my work for NFT/s or genAI prompt pieces or I will take legal action.
- I allow ONE free revision which must be requested during the initial sketch process. A SECOND revision will be allowed for color or small detail change in the case of a full color or detailed background/costume commissions. After that, there will be a fee for additional revisions. I may allow up to one more revision under special circumstances. No more revisions after the piece has been finished and approved.
- Additional elements like character/costume design, historical outfits, pets, complicated poses, accessories/weapons, or backgrounds may require an extra fee and adjust the cost of your commission.
- Please provide references. Good quality images for faces, costume details, tattoos or other elements like pose suggestions are helpful. If you don't have references, then clear descriptions can help as well. If the character or scene is from a written source, a synopsis or excerpt will also be helpful. For original characters, images of actors or people that look like your character will also help. The more info you can provide the better. Character and costume design is an additional cost - please inquire for pricing.
- I will provide progress updates along the way - during the initial sketch phase and initial color (if applicable) - these are WIPs and not the final piece. Please ask before sharing these on social media.
- Commissions are for personal use only. Contact me to purchase full rights for commercial purposes (merch, logos, book covers, podcast covers, etc).
- I have the right to refuse service to anyone. If you are rude or ask me to draw something I don't approve of, you will be blocked.
- Please credit @vampirepyramidscheme or @vampirepyramid (Twitter) when sharing on social media. I reserve the right to post this artwork on my socials or portfolio and will credit you, the commissioner, if a social media tag is provided. Please note if this is a secret, gift, or time-sensitive project and I will reserve posting publicly until appropriate.
I WILL DRAW:
- Original characters, fanart, TTRPG characters, portraits, couples/groups
- Light NSFW/ Pinup (I have another form if you want full NSFW)
- Historical/Fantasy costuming
- Character Sheets / Paper Dolls
- All body types
- Mild Gore/Horror (depends, please check first)
- Comics (contact for pricing, will depend on the number of pages and details)
I WON'T DRAW:
- Anything racist / homophobic / transphobic / discriminatory
- Anime style
- Animals or pet portraits
- Fursonas / Mecha (not my skillset, unfortunately - but I can refer you)
- Extreme gore
- If unsure, just ask
