On Thursday 7th October from 6-9pm we will be holding two workshops taught by Cris Penfold. We hope to see as many faces back together and dancing again.

The workshops will be held The Unitarian Church, 2 Emmanuel Rd, Cambridge, CB1 1JW

Each class will be 1.5 hours long and the classes are as follows:
6-7.30 Technique-focused Modern Jazz Class
7.30-9 Performance-focused Musical Theatre Themed Class

Cris trained at London Studio Centre and has performed on stage and television both nationally and internationally. Some of his stage credits include Guys and Dolls (Royal Albert Hall); Singin’ in the Rain (Grand Palais, Paris); Kiss Me Kate (UK Tour); Toad in Wind in the Willows (Vaudeville Theatre & Royal Opera House.); Top Hat (Kilworth House Theatre); Snowboy and A-rab in West Side Story - original version (UK Tour), We Will Rock You (Vienna/Zurich); Oliver! (London Palladium).

Some of his film and TV credits include Emma (2020); The Spanish Princess (Starz); Allied; Black Mirror (Netflix); Doctor Thorne (ITV); Through the Looking Glass; London Road; Avengers: Age of Ultron; Muppets Most Wanted; Rush; Great Expectations and Hugo as well as various commercials and music videos!

He has also choreographed in many productions as well as various shows for LSC, Urdang and MTA. As well as this he has set up and manages the professional Saturday Programmes at London Studio Centre which includes LSC Associates and LSC Juniors, training talented and gifted young performers. He also teaches jazz and tap at various dance schools and is an adjudicator and masterclass teacher for the Dance World Cup international dance competition.
