2024 WCSMF Summer Mentoring Program!
The Team to Win FREE Sports Medicine Mentoring Program provides students with a basic knowledge of sports medicine and it will give them the tools to work at their high school with their athletic trainer in the upcoming school year. For those looking for a resume builder for college, it will give you the edge you need to get into competitive athletic training programs, nursing programs, physical therapy programs, and much more. The class is taught in a fun, relaxed, and challenging environment. Certified Athletic Trainers from Team to Win are the instructors for this exciting series.

This program is FREE to Los Angeles Area High School Students!

The 2024 Summer Mentoring Program is a 2-day camp. Students must attend both days. Students will receive community service hours and a certificate of completion after attendance.

I hereby release the West Coast Sports Medicine Foundation and its affiliates (Mira Costa High School/Manhattan Beach School District), from any liability and waive any legal or other claims I have or may have in the future.  I understand this provides your absolute and unconditional consent, waiver, and release of liability, regarding the mentoring camp events.  I understand that there are risks, and I agree to voluntarily assume the risk of any and all injuries, damages, which could occur within or on any portion of the property or premises surrounding this mentoring camp event.

I hereby grant the West Coast Sports Medicine Foundation - Team To Win (WCSMF-TTW) permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.  I hereby irrevocably authorize the WCSMF-TTW to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.  I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the WCSMF-Team to Win from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
