Introduction to Meditation and Mindful Mental Health - 60-90 Minute Workshop Taught by Jordan Lally [Begin your proactive mental health journey with this “Intro to Meditation & Mindful Mental Health” workshop led by meditation teacher & mental health advocate Jordan Lally. The session will include introductory practices of meditation, mindfulness and self-expression, as well as strategies to implement a mindful mental health approach into your daily life. This workshop is taught in a down-to-earth manner, accessible to all regardless of experience or background.

Creative Expression - 60 Minute Workshop Taught by Tara DeCapite, Dj Fritzges and Andre Toney. This session will include an introduction to accessible creative expression outlets including journaling, art, music, and spoken word. This workshop will provide participants with down-to-earth mindful practices that can support the creative process.

Staff Training or Workshop - Mindful Mental Health

Virtual or In-Person meditations (Jordan and/or Tara can guide meditation sessions)
