Rules for Vendor Participation: This is a legal agreement. All vendors must agree to the following rules and inform all employees, volunteers, and/or participants of these rules. Prohibitions: None of the following are to be sold, advertised, distributed, or otherwise present at the event without the prior written consent of Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center: Alcoholic beverages, third-party sponsorships, or anything illegal. No outside Alcohol permitted within festival grounds. Additionally, none of the following items are to be sold, promoted, or used in any part of the vendor space or on any part of the event grounds: tanning salons and related services, knives, firearms, drugs, drug paraphernalia, animals (except for service animals), or any illegal items or services. The selling of food is strictly reserved to food vendors, no food may be sold unless you are a food vendor. No illegal activity is permitted at the event. Public nudity is against Pennsylvania law. We reserve the right to remove anyone who is not following these rules from the festival. *
