RSVP for Spring 2023 Commencement Ceremonies
You have filed to graduate for the Spring 2023 semester. Congratulations!
  • This RSVP form is only for the in-person ceremonies.
  • If you checked the RSVP box on the application for program completion task (the task you completed to file for graduation), you still must fill out the RSVP from the form above.

  • You will receive RSVP emails to both your FHSU email address and the personal email address you have on file with FHSU. You only need to fill out this RSVP form once.

  • The pre-recorded virtual ceremony includes all graduates. You do NOT need to fill out this RSVP to attend the virtual ceremony.

If you live outside of Hays, you can choose to have your regalia shipped to you or to pick it up at the Robbins Center across the parking lot from Gross Memorial Coliseum where FHSU holds the graduation ceremonies.
