I agree that the above child's participation in Youth Golf Alliance (YGA) activities at Del Mar Golf Center facility or elsewhere is without assumption of liability of any nature by the Youth Golf Alliance, its staffs or volunteers. I do hereby release and discharge the above mentioned individuals and entities from any and all claims my child may suffer or sustain, directly or indirectly, in connection with any such participation and activities. As parent/guardian of this child, I do hereby understand and agree that Youth Golf Alliance is not responsible for any injury or property damage arising out of any YGA activities. I understand that participation in YGA Activities involves certain risks, including, but not limited to, serious injury and death. I am voluntarily participating in YGA Activities with knowledge of the danger involved and I agree to accept all risks of participation. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Youth Golf Alliancefor all claims arising out of my participation in YGA activities.
