Dear Resident,

We are seeking your feedback regarding your educational experience on the autopsy service at your institution. Your feedback is invaluable for improving educational offerings and ensuring the highest quality training for all residents. The following survey contains a total of 9 multiple choice questions and 4 optional free text questions (i.e. it is short 😊).
