We have recently changed our certificate system which means that any historic certificates need to be requested via this form. Once requested, we'll send you links to download your certificates. Please keep these links in a safe place so that you don't need to make a second request. That said, if you do need to request more than once, that is ok. Please note, if you request 3 or more times, we will have to charge for the time it takes to look up the certificates. We don't need to know which certificates you need, we will send you all that are on record.

No it is the second time, I didn't get what I requested initially or I have lost my links.

No it is the third time (or more) that I've requested the same thing and although I've received it, I can't find the links. I'm will to pay an invoice for £25 for certificate retrieval.
