Return Policy:
  • Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase.
  • Depending on the reason for return, a return shipping fee may be applicable
  • Items sold on clearance or marked final sale are non-returnable
  • Custom-made products may be returned under specific conditions only
  • If you received a free gift with your purchase, it must also be returned, or the cost of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
  • Include your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) on the return package.
  • Upon receipt of the returned item at our warehouse, we will inspect it and process the refund within 2-3 business days.
