Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child in kindergarten at Belgreen High School for the 2021-2022 school year!

Please fill out the form below. This will let us get to know you and your child.

Please remember that your child must have the following documents on file at the school:
1.) Copy of your child's birth certificate
2.) Copy of your child's social security card
3.) Updated immunization records
4.) Proof of residency document (electric bill, water bill, etc.)
5.) Current copy of custody paperwork (if applicable)

We will have a document drop off day on Friday, March 26th. Please collect COPIES of these documents and bring them to the school that day. Do not bring original copies that cannot be kept by the school. If your child is currently attending PreK at Belgreen High School, you do not have to bring the child's birth certificate or social security card as we already have these on file.

Please remember that your child must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2021 in order to be eligible for kindergarten registration.
