Five years ago, I started my first ever workout program PAIRED with a nutrition one. Instead of just going to the gym and taking protein shakes, I started to LEARN about food, what MY body thrived on, what didn't agree with me, and how much food I needed to be consuming to live an energized, satisfied life!

That program was 21 days long but by the end of the first week I had a good idea of what portion control meant. I decreased my gluten sensitivity, and tried new foods I never thought I’d like. Since then, I've been super aware of how my body feels during and after eating certain foods.

I realized I really love learning about MY body.
