ICSJ Sunday School Student Registration 2020-21
- Sunday school will be offered ONLINE ONLY this year. Each student must have a computer/iPad/Tablet, an Email address (Gmail preferred),  and Internet access to attend classes.
- Due to Covid-19 limiting our resources, we are not accepting new students this year. The class duration and number of periods will be reduced as well. There will be no grade 1 enrollment this year.
- Teachers will be using Zoom/Google Meet for lectures and, Google Classroom/WhatsApp for communication (sharing homework, class material, etc.)
- You must pay your dues online using masjid website www.icsjmasjid.org before the start of the academic year
Total Dues = $Membership Dues + $Student Registration Fee
- A list of books and their prices for each grade will be published on our website. The payment method for books and pickup schedules will be published soon.
- Upon successful registration and payment, parents/students will be sent login information to the online Google Classroom as well as zoom/google meet password for their respective grades
- School calendar and schedule will be published online on masjid website www.icsjmasjid.org
- If registering more than 3 kids then please submit a separate form

- The deadline to complete this form is Saturday, September 12, 2020.
