In this example, has the delay adversely affected the administration of justice?  For example did it delay the entering of guilty pleas / plea negotiations, a bail application that proved successful, lead to delayed trials / sentence hearing, adversely impact case preparation.
On the visit for the prison mentioned above, were the facilities adequate for your purposes? Please describe the problem and if this is a local issue or affects other establishments.
