LO is a dynamic association offering professional development opportunities, trade shows, conferences and industry events.

This Exhibitor Agreement confirms your participation in our Horticultural Happenings portion of the Landscape Ontario Open House, and outlines the details to help us both prepare for a successful event.

The Landscape Ontario Open House is a free community event for kids and families to come out to discover the importance of gardening, horticulture and Landscape Ontario

Horticultural Happenings section will be displayed in Landscape Ontario General Parking Lot Area, location to be determined based on number of vendors and display equipment. Space is complementary and a six foot (6') table and two chairs will be provided, and we highly recommend bringing your own "tent" coverage.  Please note that in the event of inclemate weather, we may move inside the greenhouse but it is quite warm in the greenhouse in the summer.

Vendors are permitted to display and sell product/services at the event.

Event Setup: August 19, 8:00 am - 9:30 am, may "drop off" items August 18 between 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm with advance notice and approval.

Tear Down: August 19, 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
