I understand I will not be registered for the event until my Square invoice is paid (deadline: Oct 20). MLM company representatives will need to pay within 10 days of their application submission or the space will be released to the next in line for that company (these spaces can be highly competitive!) *
Early bird pricing is available until 10/10/2019. $100 for each 10x10 space in the tent. After 10/18 the cost will be $130 per space. *
PAYMENT TERMS -- I understand that my retail vendor space fee is $100 paid to the Kiwanis Club online (plus $20 which will be paid out to the City IF you do NOT already have a Bullhead City Business License) and includes both days of the event, Oct. 25-26, 2019. I understand I will NOT be refunded if I do not or can not participate. Additionally, I understand I must pay online which includes a small processing fee. *

As a retail vendor, I understand that I am responsible for reporting and the payment of all applicable sales tax. *
I understand vendor set up will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, October 25, 2019. Once the event begins at 5 p.m. on Friday, no vehicles will be permitted in the event area. There will be a brief re-set up period with vehicle access from 8-9 a.m. on Saturday, October 26, 2019. *
I understand there is security provided to leave my goods set up overnight between Friday October 25 & Saturday October 26. If I choose to tear down my booth, it will have to be after 10 p.m. on Friday and there will be a brief vehicle access & re-set up period Saturday morning from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. (but this is not necessary). *
Each retail vendor space is roughly 10x10 feet and inside a large tent with flooring present this year. There will be 38 vendors total. I will bring whatever is needed for my setup. There is limited electricity available for LEDs but NO heavy appliances, and overall lighting in the tent will be provided. *
Requests for specific spaces and/or accommodations cannot be guaranteed however if you have a request you may put it here and we will try our best. Assignment of space is at the vendor chairman's discretion.
Vendors are responsible for their own set-up and take-down. The Kiwanis Club does not provide labor assistance, tables, chairs, or canopies. *
Vendors are responsible for securing their booths and goods during all set-up & event hours. *
Vendors are NOT required to work all of the event hours but are highly encouraged to do so. We recommend bringing a team of people to help you man the hours and provide breaks etc. *
The Kiwanis Club of the Colorado River and the City of Bullhead City employees, departments, and volunteers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. *
The Cornfest Committee, Kiwanis Club of the Colorado River, the City of Bullhead City employees, departments, and volunteers are not responsible for any liability incurred by your product or actions of your organization/company. *
