Responsibilities:
1. Receive products from Brand manufacturers and deliver to your respective zone.
2. Monitor and deliver the orders within 28 hours of ordering.
3. Attend customer concerns and complaints on priority and take care of return and replacement.
4. Communicate customer concerns and complaints to Bharath Mills Head Office and suggest improvements changes necessary for your customer base.
5. Report and return any damaged and Near to expiry items to the respective brands units
6. Maintain good customer service rating.
