We are Detroit Taiwanese Emergency Assistance Association, a loose-knit temporary association of individuals organized on a charity purpose to perform an emergency assistance to donate certain personal protection equipment (PPE) for vulnerable residents (e.g. first line responders at high risk environment) and lacks the accessibility of PPE. In addition to donate to the local hospitals, we allocate a small portion of same grade of masks for local vulnerable residents.

This form is for local residents who are apparently vulnerable to COVID-19, working at a high risk environment and lacks of Face Makes accessibility. Each applicant can get a pack of 10 regular face masks (Not N95, not KH 95, nor Medical Surgical Mask) mail to the address provided, free of charge, on first come first serve basis. We would consider second donation to the same individual if allocation is still available.

The package of 10 face masks will be mailing to you within 10 business days from DTEAA (Detroit Taiwanese Emergency Assistance Association).
