Pembroke Colonial Days Volunteer Form
The Pembroke Colonial Days is a historical look at Pembroke.  All Pembroke third grade students participate in this program.  They will visit the Friends Meeting House, the Adah Hall House and the Pembroke Historical Museum building; all located in the town of Pembroke.  This program is sponsored by the Pembroke Historical Society and supported by the elementary school PTO.

To run the best program for our students we need 35 + volunteers.  Volunteers MUST be available for the entire day (full school day).  If you are available to commit for the entire day for your school please fill out the form below.

I have a current CORI check done with the Pembroke school system.                                       *
If you do not have a CORI check on file with the Pembroke Public School system please contact your school's front office to complete the paperwork.  This takes a minimum of six weeks so please do it ASAP in order to be considered for this event.
