All Members of Democrats Abroad Mexico - San Miguel de Allende Chapter are asked to vote this ballot and return it before March 1, 2021 for it to be counted.  
Your participation assists the elected Executive Board to provide leadership to grow our membership and to encourage  all  Americans living abroad in Mexico to vote.
By completing this ballot you are verifying that you are a member of DA SMA  living in Mexico.
The Annual General Meeting will be virtual this year due to the pandemic. As such there will be no nominations from the floor.

Bylaw Amendment Article 4.1 - Members of the Executive Board - Add Emeritus as a Non-voting Member.
Bylaw Amendment Article 4.10 Board members emeritus shall be selected from those board members who have served on the Executive Board with distinction and excellence. They shall be nominated by a member of the Executive Board and elected by a simple majority the Executive Board at a meeting at which a quorum is present.
