This form is for all Massey Fair Vendors including:

- Indoor vendors

- Outdoor vendors

- Food vendors

- Complimentary vendor (for local volunteer organizations)

- Agricultural vendor (honey, eggs, maple syrup, fresh produce, etc.)

We offer full weekend, single day, or multiple day options.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE CURRENTLY SOLD OUT FOR INDOOR SPOTS FOR THE FULL WEEKEND, SATURDAY ONLY, 2 DAYS: FRIDAY AND SATURDAY, AND 2 DAYS: SATURDAY AND SUNDAY PENDING PAYMENT BY CURRENT REGISTRANTS. IF YOU SELECT THESE OPTIONS YOU WILL BE ADDED TO A WAITLIST.

Massey Fair hours for 2024.

Friday, August 23 4 pm - 11 pm

Saturday, August 24 9 am - 11 pm

Sunday, August 25 9 am - 4 pm

Contract Due Date:

All vendors’ spaces will be allocated on a “FIRST PAID, FIRST SERVED” basis. All completed contracts, full payment for the contract, signed waivers and Certificates of Insurance must be received by the Massey Agricultural Society prior to the date of the event. No space allocation will occur until all above documents and payment have been received by the Massey Agricultural Society.

Vendors must be completely setup and ready for business when the fairgrounds opens to the public.

Please insure that your booth is amply stocked prior to the fair day openings as no vehicles will be allowed to move about on the grounds while the fair is open to the public. Vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas as instructed by the organizer.

Vendor Rates for 2024

Indoor Vendor 10x10 - Full Weekend: $155

Friday only: $55 Saturday only: $75 Sunday only: $55

Two day: $105 (Friday and Saturday OR Saturday and Sunday)

Outdoor Vendor 20x20 - Full Weekend: $255

Friday only: $85 Saturday only: $105 Sunday only: $85

Two day: $170 (Friday and Saturday OR Saturday and Sunday)

Food Vendor Outdoor only 20x20 - Full Weekend $360

Prohibited Merchandise

Vendors are prohibited from the sale of laser guns/pointers, tasers, products depicting images or statements deemed offensive, drugs or drug paraphernalia, raffle or lottery tickets, knives/swords, fireworks, tobacco/vaping products or any illegal or prohibited items.

Exclusive rights

No vendor, with the exception of our midway provider, will be given exclusive rights to sell specific merchandise but we will try to limit the number of similar vendors so that all vendors will have a profitable experience.

Our Midway Provider (Gable Bros.) will have exclusive rights to selling cotton candy, popcorn, and snow cones.
