2024-25 Bus Shuttle Commitment Form
*We understand the shuttle service to school is a commitment for the entire 2024-25 school year and that our FACTS account will be billed and payment of $600.00 per child will be due in full before August 5, 2024.

*We understand that until our fee is paid, our seat(s) is not reserved and the seats are first come, first served.

*We understand that if we choose to discontinue the shuttle service during the 2024-25 school year, there will not be a refund.

*We understand the shuttle will only be offered in the morning and it is our responsibility to make arrangements to pick up our child(ren) from school in the afternoon.

*We understand the shuttle will leave the scheduled shuttle stop as indicated on the bus schedule and will not wait for late arrivers. If we are late, it will be our responsibility to transport our child(ren) to school.

*We understand that until the bus arrives, our child(ren) must have adult supervision and may not be left alone to wait for the shuttle.

*We have read and agree to abide by the NCCS Bus Rules. We have discussed the rules with our child(ren).

*We give permission for our child(ren) to ride the shuttle to school each day school is in session.

PLEASE NOTE: The time posted is DEPARTURE time. Please be at the bus pickup location 5 minutes BEFORE the departure time.  The bus leaves at the published departure time every day of the week, INCLUDING Wednesdays.

NCCS Bus Rules

Please discuss the rules with your child(ren). All bus riders are expected to abide by the rules. Students who do not abide by the rules will be reported to their respective Principal and will be subject to losing the privilege to ride the bus shuttle. 

1) Respect your bus driver and obey his/her instructions. 
2) Remain in your seat at all times (facing forward, keeping feet on floor and off seats).
3) Do not put windows down without permission from the bus driver.
4) Do not touch or tamper with the latch on emergency windows.
5) When windows are down, keep hands and head inside the bus. 
6) Do not throw anything in the bus or out a window. 
7) Do not open or exit emergency door without permission or supervision. 
8) No chewing gum or eating or drinking without permission.
9) No horseplay.
10) Do not block the aisle or emergency exits with equipment or bags. 
11) Please remove all trash when exiting the bus.
