Please fill this form out if you think there has been a mistake/misunderstanding surrounding your current Delegate status or if you would like to change your current Delegate status. The more detailed you are in your reasoning, the more we'll be able to understand the circumstances that may have placed you in the wrong Delegate status level. 

Filling out this form does NOT guarantee that your petition will be accepted. The final decision is made by the DVMUN officer team on a case-by-case basis.
