Welcome to the 2023-2024 Boys' Tennis Registration!  (GRADES 7-12)

Please complete the registration, review the MSHSL contract health questions and eligibility rules and then electronically sign.  Please be sure to select the "SUBMIT" button at the end.

Payments may be completed through the school webstore or turned in to the Activities Office.  If you are sending payment to the office, please be sure to list the student's name with the payment.  Fee waiver requests are a part of the online registration.  If you complete the Fee Waiver section, we will contact you if you do not qualify and owe a fee.

Sports physicals need to be turned in to the Activities Office by the Wednesday before the first day of practice.  Students are not allowed to practice until a sports physical has been received and recorded with the activities office and coaches have been notified.  Please allow time for this process to be completed.
