Innovation Architect Position Description:

Note for all positions: BIPOC applicants will be prioritized. Experience on similar projects is preferred. All positions are voluntary positions.

- Brainstorms new gimmicks and incentives for streams
- Meets with Squad Leaders about implementation
- Focus on ideas that maximize engagement and fundraising
- Collaborates with graphic designers to make assets detailing incentives
- Work with the teams to distribute ideas and workloads evenly
- Collaborate with graphic designers for recipient emotes
