2021 Youth FUNdamentals Registration Form
With assistance from the USASF, we humbly present the All Star FUNdamentals Program to our 2021 Recreational Cheer Families!

FUNdamentals is an intro course to the world of All Star cheerleading.  During this 3 month program, your child will learn the basics of cheerleading including: body positions, jumps, tumbling, stunting, and dance.  All while learning the basics, your child will also be learning a FUN routine which will be presented to YOU in a showcase and performances in September and October!

FUNdamentals practices on Tuesdays & Thursdays in June through August from 5 - 6pm.  Performances will be held in September and October.

Registration is open now through June 10th.  Our annual registration fee is $100.  Save 25% off your annual registration fee when you register by May 31st!  Monthly tuition begins June 1st, and is $40/month during the Recreational Cheer Season (June - October).  All fees are collected electronically.  You will receive payment instructions once your registration form is received and approved.  A family tuition discount is available and awarded automatically to siblings that participate in our program.  Upon receipt of your paid registration fee, receive access to our weekly open mat practices in May 2021!  Families do not need to purchase a uniform for the Recreational Cheer season.  A t-shirt is included with your registration fee.
