KWC Maintenance Program: Each returning Membership Unit is assessed a $100 Maintenance Fee, due at the beginning of the season. This fee is fully refundable in Fall 2024 if 3 hours of volunteer work are performed during the season. *Maintenance Fee is waived for new members.

The KWC Scholarship Fund: We appreciate the generosity of members who are able to contribute to this fund, which we use to provide need-based support for membership, swim team, or tennis team at the Board’s discretion. Please note that, for accounting purposes, we ask for the maintenance fee along with the membership fee, even if you've begun contributing your three hours of work. Make checks out to Key West Club and mail to Key West Club, 393 Key West Drive, Charlottesville, VA 22911; checks may also be dropped off in-person at the Snack Shack when the Club opens. If you pay by credit card at the Snack Shack, there will be a 2.6% surcharge.
