Hello, my name is Danay White and I am Pageant Director for the Baltimore Festival. I would like to extend an invitation to you to enter the Pageant this year. As a participant you will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting program and share why you would like to be Little Miss, Junior Miss, or Miss Baltimore.

Being part of the Baltimore Festival Royalty Court offers you the opportunity to help our community, be an ambassador for Baltimore and Fairfield County, travel to events all over Ohio and grow in the Baltimore Queens sisterhood!

As contestants, you will be required to attend a couple of meetings or events  in the month of July. Dates will be posted and emailed to applicants as soon as they are confirmed. The meetings will answer questions you may have and are a part of the contest.
(Example: Meet and Greet/ Q and A session, headshots for the program and community service!

As a contestant, there are a few requirements:
1. All entries require a non-refundable entry fee (Exception – cancellation of the pageant)
2. Child must be a resident of Baltimore, Ohio (43105), a student of the Liberty Union School District, or a resident of Fairfield County who has a parent that is a Liberty Union Alumni* or has a **direct relative living in the 43105/43157 zip code.
3. You must be entering grades K-12 by August 2021
*Proof of graduation and/ or direct relatives address must be confirmed before you/your child will be able to participate in the pageant. Acceptable proof of graduation will be a high school diploma, a yearbook, or a high school transcript.
**"Direct relative" means parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, children, siblings, nieces, or nephews, whether by blood, adoption, or marriage.

The pageant will be held on July 29 and 30th at the Victoria Opera House. Crowning will take place on the opening night of the Baltimore Festival!  If you are chosen for the 2022 Baltimore Festival Court, you will be expected to attend all three nights of the Baltimore festival including but not limited to-  Teen Night on August 4,the Car Show on August 5th and the Parade and Luncheon on Saturday, August 6th.
Entry forms must be completed and received by June 30th in order to participate in the pageant.

Registration is only complete when both the form and payment are received CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
Once we have received your enrollment you will receive a welcome packet via email!
