Please be advised that we charge a service fee on all catering and private dining  events. These fees include but are not limited to Menu Preparation, Shopping, traveling, staffing, Food preparation, Set Up & Break Down Of Kitchen/Buffet Area, etc. There Is A Per Person Rate (Based On Menu Options) & A Service Fee (Based On Event Details )

A 50% non-refundable fee is due at the time of booking to secure the event date. THERE ARE NO HOLDS. The remaining balance will be due 21 days Prior to the event unless otherwise discussed .

*Luxe Private Chef Experience: This option is an intimate dining experience for two - first date, anniversary, vow renewal,...etc. This can be either in the home or a setting with a full service kitchen, no exceptions. This service offers a custom 5 course menu to include specialty cocktails, appetizers, salad, entree and dessert, either from a menu created by your selections or a perfectly curated menu by Chef Phyllicia.
Included in service: Standard Table Setting & Decor, Menu Selection,Chef Cooking On Site, Cost Of Groceries, Menu Selection, Staff  to prepare, serve drinks & plated meal(s) plus clean up of all items used by chef & Staff.
Once Dinner Is Prepared & Served, Kitchen Is Cleaned Up and Clients are Left Alone To Enjoy Their Meal. Chef & Staff Are Not Responsible For Dishes used by Guests.
 Pricing starts at $750  *Please Note* : Additional Guest, up to 3 additional, Can Be Added For an estimated  $175 per person based on Menu selections. Pricing Varies
Additional Beverages/Bottles/decorations/Set Up will need to be arranged and at an additional fee.
 
*Private Dining Experience : Intimate dining experience for 6-30 guests either in the home or a setting with a full service kitchen, no exceptions. This service offers a custom 3-5 course menu (Specialty Beverages, appetizer(s), salad and entree & Dessert) which is selected at the time of booking, Chef on site to Prepare, & Cook Meals, Staffing To Set Up Buffet and/or serve meals, then clean up of all areas utilized by Chef.  Staff Is Available at an Extra Cost To Clean Up  Plates,Cups Etc Utilized By event guests.

*Drop Off Catering: This option is perfect for pick up and drop off services only. Clients will select from our catering menus and food will be delivered/picked up in aluminum pans. Warming chafing sets are available for an additional cost. Disposable Chafers Are Available as well. Buffet Set up is available at an additional cost.The Small (1/2 Tray) catering pans will feed 8-10.

*Full Service Event Catering: Exquisite Flavors commits to delivering the most memorable and professional events to our clients. Events Include but are not limited to: Corporate & Executive breakfast & lunch, intimate dinner, Weddings, Business Networking, Galas, Bar Mitzvah, Charity Events, Baby Showers, Backyard BBQs, Brunch, Birthday dinners & Holiday gatherings.  Small & Large Events.  

Full Service Catering includes waitstaff, servers & bartenders. This option offers both buffet and plated style dining for dinner parties, We can accommodate all size events from an intimate gathering of 50, up to large gathering of 300. Tastings are available starting at $55 for one meal per person. (This service needs to be booked at least 30 days in advance, the larger the guest list, the more time is required)

Wedding Catering: This option offers both buffet and plated style dining for your special day. We can accommodate all size events from an intimate reception of 50, up to large receptions of 300. Tastings are available starting at $55 for one meal per person. (Weddings Need  to be book at least 2-3 Months  in advance)

ALL SERVICES - Decor and table covers can be added for an additional cost.
