NÓRA TARTSAY: DIGITAL EMPATHY

Digital empathy is „the ability to be aware of, be sensitive to, and be supportive of one’s own and other’s feelings, needs and concerns online” (DQ Institute). As our students spend most of their social time online, it is very important to raise their awareness about the skills that they can use to ensure digital wellbeing for themselves and their peers. In this workshop, we are going to look at various examples where digital empathy is observed in real life, not just in education, but in other areas of life, like business or health care as well.
