The Summer Pathways Scholarship is a summer scholarship available to all Maryland community college students transferring into the A. James Clark School of Engineering.   • Students must be transferring from a Maryland community college;
  • Students should be able to indicate how/why the summer course is necessary at UMD; when possible, students are encouraged to take courses at their community college.
Scholarship Funding:
  • In-state residents will receive funding to cover the full cost of tuition and fees for courses taken
  • Out-of-state residents will receive a total of $2,000 per course
