2022-23 Whole Child Award Application
Applications are due by February 10, 2023


All submissions are due electronically to info@illinoisascd.org no later than February 10, 2023.  Please provide evidence attesting to the support of the following Whole Child Tenets.  

Please provide evidence attesting to the support of the following Whole Child Tenets.  Please note that you may provide evidence for 2-4 tenets- it is not necessary to include all five tenets — limit description to 150 words per tenet. You may also attach one supporting document per tenet if desired.  

1. Each Student enters school healthy and learns about and practices a healthy lifestyle. 

2. Each student learns in an intellectually challenging, physically and emotionally safe environment for students and adults.

3. Students are actively engaged in learning and connected to the school and broader community. 

4. Each student has access to personalized learning and is supported by qualified, caring adults. 

5. Each graduate is challenged academically and prepared for success in college or further study and employment in a global environment.
