2023 Whitley County Transit Transportation Survey
To receive federal funding, it is required that the Whitley County Council on Aging and Whitley County Transit conduct an annual survey of people using the transportation service offered by this Agency. We receive federal funds through INDOT, Title IIIB administered through Aging and In-Home Services and Medicaid. We also receive funds from fares and donations. We ask for your help in completing this survey of our transportation system. We welcome and appreciate your comments and input to help make our transportation service the best service possible, which is what you, our rider, deserves. Please return the survey to your driver or to us at the above address. All surveys will be treated confidentially.
