We will allow a transition period as your caseload fills, but we are seeking therapists who will commit to working full time for Wayfinder.  We find that clinicians are more invested in our culture and mission this way, and we want good work/life balance for our team. Will you be working at another group practice, or another job while working at Wayfinder? *
Wayfinder Counseling was founded on the prinicples of Health At Every Size and Fat Liberation, and they continue to be the underpinning of the entire practice. Please tell us about your experience with HAES and Fat Liberation. How do you integrate it into your clinical work, as well as your personal life?

Many of our clients are neurodivergent, especially ADHD/Autism.  Please tell us about your experience with neurodivergence and your experience working with neurodivergent clients.  *
To continue building our referral stream and brand awareness, our team members collaborate in marketing and networking in the community. Are you comfortable with this?
