Thank you for showing interest in hosting a workshop at Tribehacks IX!

This year, Tribehacks (formerly Cypher) will take place during the weekend of April 20-21. Hacking will last 24 hours, from Saturday noon to Sunday noon. Workshops will primarily take place during this time, but may also continue after Sunday noon while participants await judging.

Beginners workshops will be placed towards the start of the event. Hobby/Fun workshops will generally be placed later in the event.
Please briefly describe when you are available during the weekend (e.g. "the whole weekend except for 7pm-10pm on Saturday").

We will reach out to confirm a time slot based on these preferences approximately one week or sooner before the event.
If you would be okay with or prefer running your workshop during late night/unconventional hours (between 10pm-8am), please let us know here. Workshops will not be scheduled during these hours unless specifically requested. For example, if you would like to run a table tennis tournament at 2am, we are absolutely open to it!
