Family Time incorporates concepts and topics that help to introduce families and children to the pleasure and power of using nursery rhymes, songs, and stories from around the world. It is a fun and interactive way of encouraging children to share a song or a rhyme that they like to sing in their family in order to promote inclusion and community building. Different topics such as self-care, health and nutrition, movement, festivals and celebrations will be explored throughout our Family Time programs. This program is for children 0-6 years old.

Music & Movement is a program where children and families can sing, dance and most importantly, have fun! Singing is a fun and expressive way for children to learn new words and enhance their early language development. Dancing encourages the release of energy and promotes regular, healthy exercise to support healthy physical development. This program is for children 0-6 years old.
