Biomedical Technician Rapid Response Team (BTRRT) COVID-19 Lab Equipment and Reagent Donation Form
We are using this form to solicit information for donated equipment and reagents. This will help to greatly offset the costs associated with starting and operating our lab. NIH grantees may potentially be reimbursed for supplies donated to COVID-19 efforts (https://grants.nih.gov/faqs#/covid-19.htm?anchor=question55849). Any unused equipment/reagents will be returned to you.
