The questions in this survey are intended to gauge an understanding of how well the physical room space met your needs this semester.  The survey will allow for feedback for up to 4 classrooms.  If you would like to provide feedback for more than 4 classrooms, at the end of the survey you will be given the opportunity to fill out the survey again for additional spaces.
