MSUMUN XXI COVID-19 Procedures Survey
While we are thankful for the opportunity to host an in-person conference again, we are extremely cognizant that COVID-19 is still very present within the world and our community. With our conference being a large, multi-day event, we want to ensure that we are doing everything we can to make this conference a safe and welcoming experience for all. Thus, we are asking advisors to fill out this form by Sunday, November 28th, by 11:59PM in order to provide us with feedback and recommendations on COVID-19 procedures. Please note that we will already be enforcing a mask mandate for the entirety of the conference weekend, as that aligns with MSU Protocols and CDC Guidelines at this time. COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate / Negative Test Requirement
At this time, MSUMUN is considering enforcing a COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate or Negative COVID-19 Test Requirement in order for delegates and advisors to attend our in-person conference. Essentially, attendees would submit proof of complete vaccination (at least 2 doses from a CDC or WHO approved vaccination) OR Negative COVID-19 Test Results from a test taken within a week from the start of the conference. We believe that by adding both options, we can accommodate for any extenuating circumstances that advisors and delegates might be facing. Please answer the following questions to give us a more complete understanding of your views on this proposed requirement.
