Thank you for showing interest in volunteering at the Minorities in Health Conference at UC Berkeley. We will be need volunteers to help us with various tasks such as setting up tables, putting up signs, directing students/speakers to the right room, etc. To prepare for the conference, we will be hosting a work night on Thursday, April 4 from 6-8pm in 79 Dwinelle where we will be making signs, putting together registration materials, and assign what tasks you will be doing on the day of the conference. If you sign up to volunteer, we would greatly appreciate it if you could attend work night. If you cannot make it to work night, we will reach out to you later with what you can help us with at the conference. We will also potentially have a worknight on Friday, 3-6pm in 209 Dwinelle if we need more time to finish up tasks.
