- EL SOCIO QUE INVITA DEBE LLEGAR ANTES QUE LA VISITA Y DEJAR CONSTANCIA A LOS GUARDIAS DE LA INVITACIÓN.  
- Cada invitado podrá ingresar HASTA 4 VECES EN UN AÑO (noviembre a octubre) al EIM.
- El llenar este formulario NO SIGNIFICA UNA AUTORIZACIÓN AUTOMÁTICA, deberá ser registrado por los guardias de seguridad.
- Este formulario es una alternativa que facilita el trámite a los socios. También podrá registrar invitados con los guardias de seguridad llegando previamente al estadio y dejando los datos requeridos.
- CADA INVITADO DEBERÁ TENER SU CÉDULA DE IDENTIDAD PARA INGRESAR AL EIM, NO PODRÁ INGRESAR SIN SU CÉDULA.
