Boston College Request for a Replacement Diploma
Please read carefully: you must fill out this form and submit the necessary payment in order for us to see and process your request.

Replacement diplomas are issued for a fee of $50.00. 
Diplomas will be mailed to the address you provide below. 
Diplomas measure 12.8 inches by 15.5 inches.

If so, please also fill out the BC Request for Notarized Documents Needed for Apostille Processing form. Notarization requires an additional $35 fee.
Once we validate your information and confirm payment, we will process the replacement diploma request. Replacement diplomas will have the signature of the BC President that served during your date of graduation.
We typically fulfill replacement diploma requests within 1-2 weeks of receiving them. Thank you.
