Event Promotion Form

This form is for ACC event organizers who wish to promote their ACC approved events. Completed forms are sent to Bulletin Editors for print publication and to the Web Team for online publication on both the ACC website Events page and social media.

Bulletin submission deadlines are:

Oct 31 - Nov/Dec Issue - for events in Jan/Feb or later
Dec 31 - Jan/Feb Issue - for events in Mar/Apr or later
Feb 28 - Mar/Apr Issue - for events in May/June or later
Apr 30 - May/June Issue - for events in July/August or later
June 30 - July/Aug Issue - for events in Sept/Oct or later
Aug 31 - Sept/Oct Issue - for events in Nov/Dec or later

Website or Social Media - Please allow a minimum of 7 days notice.
