We are currently only offering birthday parties/special events on Sunday's when the facility is closed to the public. Every Birthday Party Rental comes with a party host, games, activities and free play.

Standard Facility Rental Rates (Without Theme/Decorations)
- $150.00  up to 12 children for 2 hours
- $175.00  13 to 15 children for 2 hours
- $200.00  16 to 20 children for 2 hours

Basic Birthday Party Package with Theme/Decorations
(Includes birthday banner, tablecloths, plates, cups, napkins, utensils, and basic balloons for 2 hours)
- $175 - up to 12 children  
- $200 - 13 to 15 children  
- $225 - 16 to 20 children

Next Level Birthday Party Package with Theme/Decorations
(Includes Basic Birthday plus themed balloons, and party bags for each guest & birthday child for 2 hours)
- $225 up to 12 children  
- $250 - 13 to 15 children  
- $275 - 16 to 20 children

All Out Birthday Party Package with Theme/Decorations
(Includes Next Level Birthday plus themed balloon arch, custom centerpiece, and personalized Drop Zone  T-shirt for birthday child for 2 hours)
- $275 up to 12 children  
- $300 - 13 to 15 children  
- $325 - 16 to 20 children

All rentals require a $50 non-refundable credit card deposit taken at the time of booking your party. Balances may be paid the day of your party prior to access. The Drop Zone reserves the right to charge your credit card the remaining balance on the date of your party, unless another form of payment is given.

Fill out this form to request a date and time for your Birthday Party or Event at The Drop Zone. Upon submission of your request we will check the availability of your requested dates and respond to you as soon as possible by email. If your date is available, the email will include an invitation to visit the space. Please note that advance notice is needed for staffing purposes, and requests are NOT guaranteed until a security deposit is made. Thank you.

ADDITIONAL FACILITY AND BIRTHDAY PARTY RENTAL INFORMATION
* $50 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking, and will be deducted from your total rental.
* Standard Facility Rental balance is due prior to the start of your event on the day of your event.
* Birthday Party Package balance are due 14 days prior to your scheduled event.
* Cancellations on paid in full Birthday Party Packages made within 14 - 8 days of the event date will result in
   a refund of the standard facility rental fee ONLY minus the $50 non-refundable deposit and theme package
   costs. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will result in a refund of 50% of the standard
   facility rental fee ONLY minus the $50 non-refundable deposit and theme package costs.
* $50.00 for every additional hour.
* Date & times are not confirmed without deposit and signed contract.
* Face painters, clowns, magicians, etc. must be approved before date of birthday party (Not included).
* NO alcoholic beverages allowed.
* The Drop Zone is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
* Contracted individual (Renter) will be responsible for all actions of guests while on The Drop Zone property.
* Cakes, food, and beverages not included in facility rental or birthday packages.
