LOUIS E DIERUFF ATHLETIC HALL OF NOMINATION FORM              


Purpose: To Continue to honor those that have made significant contributions to Louis E Dieruff Athletics. The nominee should exemplify "Husky Pride" through their athletic accomplishments, leadership, service, character and contributions to the school athletic community. Nominees may include Athletes, Coaches and Loyal Supporters/Boosters.

Nominees must meet one or more of the following criteria:

Demonstrated outstanding athletic ability and accomplishments during their time here at Louis E Dieruff High School. These abilities led to being recognized not only within the Dieruff community, but throughout the Lehigh Valley.

Outstanding Coaching ability and leadership, whose dedication to their program led to the success of their Athletes both on and off the field of play.

Loyal Supporter or Booster of Louis E Dieruff Athletics, whose contributions and support has a significant effect on the school's athletic community.
