Gun violence has been a pressing issue in the city of Philadelphia. The Accountability Initiative has been dedicated to advocating on behalf of those who are affected by gun violence in the city. We have organized and participated in several community conversations, protests, and collaborated with several community organizations in an effort to raise awareness and tackle the issue. 

In an effort to continue raising awareness, The Accountability Initiative is proud to announce the #100StoriesCampaign. The objective of this campaign is to amplify the voices of people who have been affected by gun violence either directly or indirectly. We intend on doing this by interviewing members of the community. We hope to then take these stories and experiences to current and prospective city leaders in an effort to highlight the urgency on the matter and demand change. We aim to gather at least 100 stories.
