Are you interested in providing any health screening services or demonstrations for guests? If so, please describe.
We will provide the first 250 guests with swag bags for vendor giveaways. Please describe any giveaways you wish to provide for guests.
Vendors may offer raffle items such as gift cards, gift baskets, etc. If interested, please describe your contribution.  
Set Up, Booth Size, and Payment
  •  Set-Up on Sept. 26 from noon to 4 p.m.
  •  Booth size is 1 table (8' x 2'6") w/ 2 chairs
  • 1 Booth = $250 For Profit Businesses 
  • 1 Booth = $150 Non Profit Businesses
Payments can be made via requested invoice, or by calling 219-326-9600
(visa & mastercard), or by stopping into the Park Office.
