Lunch at the Brits 'n' US Club "Sports Day" on May 17, 2021 is being catered by Publix and will consist of a sandwich and a drink.  

After purchasing your ticket(s) at the BritsnUS website (https://britsnus.club/event/sports-day/#tribe-tickets), please use this form to specify choice of sandwich filling (roast beef, turkey or ham) and drink (iced tea or lemonade).  

Submit once for each ticket purchased.  If multiple responses are received for the same ticket number, the most recent will apply.  Deadline for submission: noon on May 14.
